مقایسه سطوح شاخص‌های خونی ماهی ازون‌برون (Acipenser stellatus) و کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio) پرورشی

چکیده

شاخص­های خون­شناسی اغلب برای ارزیابی وضعیت سلامت در ماهیان مورد توجه قرار دارند. این تحقیق با هدف مقایسه شاخص­های خونی و بیوشیمیایی مولدین ازون­برون (Acipencer stellatus) و کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio) پرورشی انجام گرفته است. بدین­منظور، 20 قطعه مولد (شامل10 قطعه از هر گونه) تهیه گردید و پس از نمونه برداری از خون مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین تعداد گلبول­های قرمز و سفید، درصد هماتوکریت، میزان هموگلوبین، سطوح کلسترول و میزان اسمولاریته در کپور معمولی بیشتر از ازون­برون بود، ولی اختلاف معنی­داری مشاهده نگردید (05/0P). میانگین درصد لنفوسیت در ازون­برون بیشتر از کپور معمولی بود. درحالی­که، میانگین درصد نوتروفیل، ائوزینوفیل و مونوسیت در کپور معمولی بیشتر از ازون­برون بود، ولی اختلاف معنی­داری مشاهده نشد (05/0P). میانگین شاخص گلوکز در کپور معمولی به ­طور معنی­داری بیشتر از ازون­برون بود (05/0P<). میانگین میزان تری­گلیسرید در ازون­برون به­طور معنی­داری بیشتر از کپور معمولی بود (05/0P<). میانگین شاخص­های آلبومین و پروتئین کل در ازون­برون بیشتر از کپور معمولی بود که در سطوح پروتئین کل اختلاف معنی­داری مشاهده گردید (05/0P<). تعداد شاخص گلبول­های قرمز در مولدین ازون­برون بیشتر از ماهی کپور معمولی بود و در پارامترهای مساحت سلول، مساحت هسته و میانگین حجم گلبولی اختلاف معنی­داری مشاهده گردید (05/0P<). بنابراین، سطوح برخی از شاخص­های خونی در گونه ازون­برون نسبت به کپور معمولی متفاوت بوده که می­تواند مربوط به اختلاف در سطوح تکاملی آنها باشد.

چکیده [English]

Blood parameters often are used as indicator for stress and health condition evaluation in fishes. The aim of this study was to compare the blood and biochemical indices between stellate sturgeon (Acipenser stellatus) and Common Carp (Cyprinus carpio). In total, 20 brood stock fish (including 10 of each species) were selected and blood samples were taken. Results showed that mean levels of red blood cells (RBC), white blood cells (WBC), haematocrit (Hct), hemoglobin (Hb), cholesterol and osmolarity in Common Carp were more than Stellate sturgeon and showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Differential count of leucocytes showed that mean level of lymphocytes percent in A. stellatus was more than C.carpio, whileneutrophile, Eosynophile and monocyte in C.carpio were morethan A. stellatus with no significant difference (P>0.05). Mean level of Glucose in C.carpio was significantly more than A. stellatus (P<0.05). Mean levels of triglyceride, albumin and total protein in A.stellatus was significantly more than C.carpio (P<0.05). Cytomorphological parameters of RBC such as cell area, nucleus area and MCV in A.stellatus was significantly more than C. carpio. The results indicated that the levels of some blood parameters were different between stellate sturgeons (Acipenser stellatus) in comparison with Common Carp (Cyprinus carpio) which can be related to their difference in development levels.
